Lubna Samara is CEO Founder of multi-award-winning HigherWill, public speaker, thought- leader, and creator of transformative training programs that empower leaders and teams to achieve their potential. Dedicated to innovation in leadership and well-being, Lubna helps leaders transform organisational culture for lasting impact and sustainable results. Her global talks and programmes have inspired people to rise above workplace challenges, and achieve clarity, confidence, and align with their True North.
Lubna is author of Beyond Potential: The Complete Wellbeing Guide to Boost Performance and Success at Work, a practical guide designed to help people achieve their best and attain purposeful success. The book is based on her signature system The 4 Quadrants of Growth Method™ training programme for leaders and teams.
HigherWill developed out of Lubna’s experience of carving a path to the inner self based on guidance she received over 25 years ago, and her desire to help others. She eventually left the corporate world to follow her calling, and spent many years immersed in age-old practices that promote accelerate healing and growth, including T’ai Chi, meditation, energy healing, and reading voraciously about spirituality, philosophy, and psychology. She also explored modern disciplines like NLP and CBT, which form the foundations of coaching today.
Academic and Professional backgrounds include a BSc in Mathematics, MBA in Finance, and corporate experience in the Petroleum Industry and Investment Banking sectors.
Lubna is Board Member of The Healing Trust, one of the oldest and largest professional healing organisations in the world, and part of THT Research Team currently conducting research with the University of Northampton on the impact of energy healing on physical and mental wellbeing.
On a personal level, she is a skiing and hiking enthusiast, and loves pretty much anything to do with mountains, nature, and spending quality time with friends and family.
