Interest in spirituality in business has grown massively over the past 10 years with over 2000 research articles just this year alone that discuss the benefits of spirituality in the workplace and how it can motivate and enhance productivity.

Spirituality is about going our awareness, our kindness and wisdom, and about connecting to our purpose and values. We’ll be looking at how we can bring more of that into our lives whilst in our place of work and why it does us - and our organisation - good.
