Steps To Fulfilling Your Potential

It was a real pleasure to give a talk to the Rotaract Westminster International Club on how we can bring more spirituality to businesses and in the workplace.

Over the past 10 years we've seen a surge of interest in concepts like Spiritual Intelligence and Service Leadership which have fuelled the growth of spirituality in business in a more defined way. Many leadership programmes nowadays embrace common values and purpose as major themes of their programmes, and in this year alone there have been over 2000 academic papers published showing how spirituality in the workplace improves creativity, motivation and productivity. But how does this translate into day to day working practices that each one of us can practically use and what can we do to bring more of the benefits of spirituality, in a structured and secular way, into our working life?
